Leaders of nonprofit and social impact organizations are carrying increasing responsibility for impact, accountability, and long-term viability. Many are navigating complex decisions without clear frameworks or peer support.
The Mission-Rich Experience™ is designed for leaders who have already built something meaningful and are now focused on strengthening structure, clarity, and sustainability.
What is The Mission-Rich Experience™?
The Mission-Rich Experience™ is a two-day, in-person intensive is intended for leaders who are:
• Strengthening existing organizations rather than starting from scratch
• Preparing for funding, contracts, or strategic partnerships
• Seeking structured guidance instead of trial-and-error decision making
• Looking to connect with experienced, mission-aligned peers
Participants engage in hands-on strategy and leadership development focused on growing with intention while protecting the mission at the core of their work.
According to founder and entrepreneur, LaTonia Monroe Naylor, the experience was created for leaders who understand that clarity, ownership, and sustainability are built in rooms where real dialogue happens, not on the main stage.
