Details

The AAPISTRONG Restaurant Fund, facilitated by the Grubhub Community Fund, aims to support Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander-owned restaurants throughout the United States. In the face of ongoing economic challenges within the industry, this fund is dedicated to helping under-resourced restaurants respond to supply chain disruptions, increased inventory costs, workforce development, and employee safety.

Funding from the AAPISTRONG Restaurant Fund enables restaurateurs to implement development ideas such as infrastructure improvements, e-commerce, and technology upgrades, employee benefits enhancement, and operational streamlining. Ultimately, this assistance empowers AAPI entrepreneurs to scale their businesses, secure their futures, and contribute to the vibrancy of their communities by creating safe and welcoming gathering spaces.

Over the past three years, the AAPISTRONG Restaurant Fund, alongside the Grubhub Community Fund, has awarded over $5 million to 351 AAPI businesses, acknowledging and uplifting the hard work and dedication of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander restaurant owners.
