The Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to celebrate the Grand Opening of The Skinny Pancake with a ribbon cutting and open house. Join us in welcoming this mission-driven eatery, dedicated to sustainability, supporting local farms, and serving up fresh, delicious crepes, burgers, salads, and more—including vegan and gluten-free options.
The Skinny Pancake, which started in Burlington VT in 2003, also has locations in Montpelier, VT; Quechee, VT; Stowe, VT; and Albany, NY. The Hadley location is store number eight and opened in November last year.
