Valley Community Development builds social equity by expanding housing and small business opportunities.

Since 1988, Valley Community Development has worked on addressing the needs of our community through economic and housing development.

Valley serves Hampden, Hampshire, and Franklin counties for homeownership and small business services and primarily Amherst, Hadley, Northampton, and Easthampton for affordable housing development.

Valley has built or preserved over 400 affordable homes and apartments on our community and continue to build affordable housing because housing is a human right and there is a dire need in our region.
