Massachusetts Office of Business Development (MOBD)

The Massachusetts Office of Business Development (MOBD) is the executive branch economic development agency whose mission is to strengthen the economy and increase job growth throughout Massachusetts by providing businesses with a highly responsive, central point of contact that facilitates access to resources, expertise, and incentive programs. The Commonwealth, as well as municipalities and/or quasi-state partners, offer a variety of tax credit, grant and financing programs to help a business expand and/or relocate to Massachusetts.
