Who is eligible
Small business owners across the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico are invited to apply. To qualify, applicants must:
- Be legal residents of the mentioned regions
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have been selling on eBay since December 1, 2023, with a seller rating of “Above Standard” or “Top Rated”
- Not have previously received any eBay Up & Running Grants

In collaboration with Hello Alice, eBay has launched the eBay Up & Running Grant program, with over $500,000 in grants and education resources up for grabs. Fifty eBay business sellers will be selected to receive grant packages worth $10,000 each, comprising cash, eBay education, and a $500 stipend for essential office technology from eBay Refurbished.
The application process is streamlined into three simple steps:
- Sign up for a free Hello Alice account to access grants, financing, education, resources, and a vibrant entrepreneurial community.
- Complete the eBay Up & Running Grant application, which typically takes less than an hour.
- Submit applications before the deadline on June 7, 2024, at 6 p.m. ET. Recipients will be announced in September 2024 following the review process.
