- 51% or greater Asian American or Pacific Islander (AAPI) ownership
- If awarded, must be able to provide a Certificate of Good Standing from the Massachusetts Secretary of State or the Department of Revenue
- If awarded, must be able to provide a valid and up-to-date W-9
- Must be located in the state of Massachusetts

The Asian Business Empowerment Council (ABEC) is proud to partner with National Grid, ALX, BECMA, and the MA LGBTQ Chamber on a Small Business Impact Initiative. As part of this initiative, four $10,000 grants will be awarded to Asian American or Pacific Islander (AAPI) businesses in February, 2025. This initiative aims to support businesses in overcoming challenges, accessing resources, and creating positive economic change in local communities.
